Shipments and returns

ImmersionRC Limited Hong Kong mainly uses DHL and UPS for shipping orders outside of Hong Kong/China, but other shipping options are available upon request. Under no circumstance ImmersionRC Limited Hong Kong can be held responsible for paying whole, or part of, import duties and taxes, or other taxes and fees associated with shipping an order out. These taxes, fees and associated costs are solely the responsibility of the recipient of the order placed with ImmersionRC Limited Hong Kong.

Note that except in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to use the recipient's shipping account.
